16. Information to RLDC and SLDC.
- Immediately after giant of long-term access, the nodal agency shall inform the Regional Load Despatch Centres and the State Load Despatch Centres concerned so that they can consider the same while processing requests for giant of short-term open access, received under Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Open Access in inter-State transmission) Regulations, 2008 as amended from time to time.
