2. Definitions.
(a)In these Regulations unless the context otherwise requires, words or expressions used herein have the meanings assigned to them as defined at Section 1.19 (in Chapter 1) of these Regulations.(b)In these Regulations, words or expressions used herein and not defined at Section 1.19 (in Chapter 1), have the meanings assigned to them under the Act and the meanings commonly understood in Electrical Engineering.
