Section 1(3) in Tamil Nadu Teachers Education University Act, 2008
(3)It applies to(a)Every college deemed to be affiliated to the University under this Act;(b)Every other college or institute situated within the University area which may be affiliated to the University in accordance with the provisions of this Act, Statutes or Ordinances; and(c)Every college which conducts any course of study or imparts any training which may qualify for the award of any degree in teachers education.
