(1)Before a member of the Board goes out of India.(a)he shall intimate the Secretary the date of his departure from and the date of his expected return to India; and(b)if he intends to be absent from India for a longer period than six months shall tender his resignation.(2)If a member leaves India without observing the provisions of sub-rule (1) he shall be deemed to have resigned with effect from the date of his departure from India.
