Section 5(1) in The Maharashtra Electricity Consumption of Electrical Energy (Restriction) Order, 1974
(1)The State Government hereby authorises all the licensees for the purposes of sub-clause (ii) of clause (b) of section 6B of the Act both as regards discontinuance and recommencement of the supply of the electrical energy to consumers, except in case of consumers specified in Schedule B'.
