100. Prohibition of building on sewer, drain etc., without permission.
(1)No building shall be erected without the written permission of the Executive Authority or any person authorised by such Executive Authority, over any sewer or drain or any part of sewer or drain or upon any ground which has been covered, raised or levelled wholly or in part by road sweepings or other rubbish.(2)The Executive Authority or the person authorised by him as aforesaid may, by notice, require any person who has erected a building without such permission or in a manner contrary to or inconsistent with the terms of such permission to demolish the same.
