(a)Heads of offices shall forward their annual indents for stationery in Stationery Form No. I (through their Deputy .Inspectors -General in the case of Superintendents and the Principal, Police Training College) to the Deputy Controller of Stationery on due dates. (These will be found in Appendix. XII).(b)A clerk shall be placed in charge of the receipt and issue of stationery articles. He shall work under the supervision of the head clerk who will be responsible for the preparation of all indents.
