31. Passing the Examination by probationer.
- [(1) A probationer shall be deemed to have passed the examination in any subject if he secures at least 60 per cent of the marks in the said subject.(2)A probationer may pass the examination in parts :Provided that he shall not be deemed to have passed the examination unless he has passed in all the subjects prescribed for the departmental examination.] [Substituted vide Orissa Gazette Extraordinary No. 1614/1989.]
