15B. [ Guidelines, instructions and records. [Inserted by Punjab Government Gazette Legislative Supplement Part III dated 30.8.1996.]
(1)Without prejudice to the general responsibility of the occupier to comply with the provisions of section 7-A, the Chief Inspector of Factories may, from time to time, issue guidelines and instructions regarding the general duties of the occupier relating to health, safety and welfare of all workers while they are at work in the factory.(2)The occupier shall maintain such records, as may be specified by the Chief Inspector of Factories in respect of monitoring of working environment in the factory.]
