Section 11(1) in M.P. Farmers' Organisation Rules, 1999
(1)The Farmers' Organisation shall open an account in a nationalised bank or co-operative bank namely; the District Co-operative Central Bank or the Madhya Pradesh State Apex Co-operative Bank in its name. The account shall be operated jointly by the President or Chairperson as the case may be and one of the Managing Committee members as nominated by the Managing Committee. The Farmers' Organisation shall maintain the cashbook and accounts of expenditure with appropriate vouchers and receipts.
