179. Meetings of Zila Parishads.
(1)Every Zila Parishad shall hold meetings at least once in every three months, at such time and at the office of the Zila Parishad or such place which is a public place within local limits of the district concerned as the Chairman of the Zila Parishad may fix.(2)The provisions of Section 116 of this Act relating to the proceedings for holding meeting of the Panchayat Samitis shall mutatis mutandis apply in relation to the meeting of the Zila Parishads.
