Section 1 in Mizoram Parliamentary Secretaries (Appointment, Salaries, Allowances and Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 2009
1. Short title, Extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Mizoram Parliamentary Secretaries (Appointment, Salaries, Allowances and Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 2009(2)It extends to the whole of Mizoram.(3)It shall be deemed to have come into force from 29th December, 2008.
