Section 13C(1) in Karnataka Town and Country Planning Act, 1961
(1)The declaration of intention of making an Outline Development Plan published by the State Government under sub-section (1) of section 10 immediately prior to the commencement of the Karnataka Town and Country Planning (Amendment) Act, 2004 (hereinafter in this section referred to as the Amendment Act), shall be deemed to be the declaration of intention of making Master Plan under this Act.
