(19)to make provisions for the maintenance of-(a)University Battalions in the National Cadet Corps or similar training corps,(b)University Sports and Athletic Clubs,(c)Students' Unions,(d)Students' Advisory Bureau for studies abroad,(e)Employment Bureau,(f)Publication Board, and(g)any other organisation relating to and promoting the general welfare and cultural advancement of students, past or present, of the University;
