Section 1 in The Orissa Rice and Paddy Procurement (Levy) and Restriction on Sale and Movement Order, 1982
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This order may be called the Orissa Rice and Paddy Procurement (Levy) and Restriction on Sale and Movement Order, 1982.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Orissa.(3)It shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Orissa Gazette.
