Section 19 in West Bengal Public Works Contractors (Regulation and Control) Act, 2006
19. Return of certificate of registration.
If a certificate of registration is cancelled under this Act, the person holding such certificate shall, within seven days from the date of publication of the order of cancellation in the Official Gazette, return it to the prescribed authority.
