(2)Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power, such rules may provide for all or any of the following matters, namely:-(a)matter to be prescribed under clause (d) of sub-section (4) of section 42; and(b)any other matters which are required to be, or may be, prescribed by rules under this Act.
