Section 4 in Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu (Merger of Union territories) Act, 2019
4. Amendment of article 240 of Constitution.
- In article 240 of the Constitution, in clause (1), -(i)for entry (c), the following entry shall be substituted, namely: -"(c) Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu;";(ii)entry (d) shall be omitted.
