Heard learned advocates appearing on behalf of respective parties.
Learned AGP Ms. Jhaveri submitted that possession of the land in question is with respondent authority.
This fact is disputed by learned advocate Mr. Nanavati.
However, considering controversy which will take care vide order passed by this Court on 30th December 2009 where it was directed to both parties to maintain status-quo as on 30th December 2009. Therefore, considering question involved in present petition which requires detailed examination, hence, RULE.
Interim order passed by this Court on 30th December 2009 as it is directed to both parties to maintain status-quo as on 30th December 2009 in respect to subject matter of the land in question shall remain continue till matter is finally decided by this Court.
