Section 26(1) in The Himachal Pradesh Panchayati Raj Act, 1994
(1)The Gram Panchayat shall render such assistance as may be prescribed in the maintenance, improvement and efficient running of the schools, hospitals and dispensaries in or near its jurisdiction.
