Section 10(1) in The Gujarat Rural Housing Board Act, 1972
(1)If a member-(a)becomes subject to any of the disqualifications mentioned in section 7.(b)tenders his resignation in writing to the State Government and such resignation is accepted by the State Government, or(c)is absent without the permission of the Board from all the meetings of the Board for a period of two successive months, he shall cease to be a member.
