Section 40(1) in Rajasthan Farmers' Participation in Management of Irrigation System rules, 2002
(1)On receipt of a request or direction under sub-rule (2) or (3) of rule 39 the Managing committee of the farmers Organisation shall convene a General Body Meeting Within 20 days by giving 7 days prior notice of the date, time and place of the meeting with agenda of meeting.
