Section 14(2) in Andhra Pradesh Cotton Seeds (Regulation of Supply, Distribution, Sale and Fixation of Sale Price) Rules, 2007
(2)Every person desiring to obtain registration for production, processing, selling, storage, exporting or importing cotton seeds shall make an application in duplicate in Form A (district level) or Form B (state level) as applicable, together with a fee of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred) for registration, to the Controller or any authority designated for the purpose.
