Section 9(5) in Veterinary Council Of India Regulation, 1991
(5)A visitor shall not take part in the inspection of any veterinary college, hospital or other institution where veterinary education is given and where he is a teacher and of any examination held by any University, board or other veterinary institution where he is an examiner.
