325. "Bad".
- "Bad" character may be given only on discharge from the service to sailors who have been(a)dismissed with disgrace;(b)dismissed or discharged after conviction for particularly vicious offences;(c)dismissed or discharged for misconduct after long records of previous misconduct with several earlier assessments of "Fair" or "Indifferent".
