11. Dispute.
(1)The State Agency, in consultation with the State Government, shall resolve the dispute, if any, in all matter(s) related to the conduct of the examination.(2)In matter relating to dispute on policy matter, decision shall be taken by the Government of Chhattisgarh, department of higher education and the decision shall be binding for all.
