Section 35 in Bihar Preservation and Improvement of Animals Act, 1955
35. Protection of persons acting in good faith.
- (I) No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against any servant of the State Government or any person for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act or the Rules made thereunder.(2)No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against any servant of the State Government or a local authority acting under this Act or the Rules made thereunder without the previous sanction of the State Government or the local authority, as the case may be.
