Section 6(1) in Indira Gandhi Technological and The Medical Sciences University Act, 2012
(1)All recognized teaching in connection with the degrees, diplomas and certificates of the University shall be conducted, under the control of the Governing Council, by the teachers of the University, in accordance with syllabus prescribed by the regulations of the University.
