Section 26 in The Haryana Sports Council Act, 2016
26. Term of office of members.
(1)Every member other than the ex-officio members shall hold office for a period of three years from the date of his nomination:Provided that the term of office of the student representatives nominated to the Corporations Sports Council, the Municipal Sports Council and the Town Sports Council shall be one year from the date of their nomination.(2)No person shall be nominated as a member for more than two consecutive terms.
