352. Powers and functions of District Planning Committee.
(1)Main function shall be to consolidate the annual plans prepared by Panchayat Samitis and Municipal bodies of the district.(2)Consider issues of common interest as laid down in Sub-Section (7) of Section 121 of the Act.(3)Forward the district plan to the State Government.(4)Chief Planning Officer shall act as Secretary of the Committee.
