Section 186(1) in The Delhi School Education Rules, 1973
(1)Every member of the Advisory Board shall hold office for a period of three years from the date on which he is nominated by the Administrator and shall be eligible for re-nomination for a like period and shall, notwithstanding the expiry of the term of his office, continue to hold such office, until his successor is nominated by the Administrator.
