(4)The annual report [and accounts] [These words were inserted, by Bombay 52 of 1950, Section 36 (c).] of the University shall be prepared under the direction of the Syndicate and shall be submitted to the Senate on or before such date as may be prescribed by the Statutes, and shall be considered at its annual meeting. The Senate may pass resolutions thereon and communicate the same to the Syndicate, which shall take such action thereon, as may seem necessary and appropriate to give effect to the resolutions.
