Section 5(2) in The Najafgarh Marketing Committee Bye-Laws, 2004
(2)If quorum at a meeting of the Committee is not complete within half an hour of the scheduled time of the meeting or if it falls short while the meeting is continuing, it shall be deemed to have been adjourned for the next working day at the same time and, place for which no separate notice shall be given.
