Section 7 in The Rajasthan Legislative Assembly Members (Free Transit by Road Transport Service) Rules, 1964
7. Period of validity of pass.
- The Pass granted under these rules shall be valid only during the period the holder continues to be a member of the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly and the holder shall return the Pass to the Secretary, as soon as he ceases to be a member of the Assembly.
