Section 1 in The Bidhan Chandra Krishi (Viswavidyalaya) Act, 1974.
1. Short title and extent. -
(1)This Act may be called the Bidhan Chandra Krishi, [Viswavidyalaya] [The word within square brackets substituted for the words 'Viswa Vidyalaya' throughout this Act by W. B. Act 31 of 1981] Act, 1974.(2)It extends to the whole of West Bengal.
