Section 2 in The Rajasthan Financial Corporation (Staff) Regulations, 1958
2. Application.
(1)These Regulations shall apply to-(a)every whole time employee of the Corporation;(b)staff employed temporarily or advisers, officers or other staff recruited on special contracts, unless such contracts contain any different provisions.(2)Nothing in these Regulations shall apply to the Managing Director, unless the application to him of all or any of these Regulations has been approved by the Rajasthan Government.(3)The Corporation may, with the previous sanction of the State Government and in consultation with the Reserve Bank, enter into a special agreement or arrangement with an employee, with terms and conditions which may vary from the provisions of these Regulations.
