This petition has been filed by the petitioner-wife for transfer of Petition being HMA No.449 of 2017 titled as “Gaurav Dubey Vs. Smt. Shikha Dubey” pending before the District Judge, Family Court, Faridabad, Haryana, to the Family Court at Mainpuri, Uttar Pradesh.
None appears on behalf of the respondent though served. Having heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, we deem it expedient to transfer the aforesaid case to the Family Court at Mainpuri, Uttar Pradesh.
We direct accordingly.
The District Judge, Family Court, Faridabad, Haryana, shall forthwith transmit the record of the aforesaid case to the Family Court at Mainpuri, Uttar Pradesh.
The transfer petition is allowed accordingly.
