Section 17(F) in The Jammu and Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examination (BOPEE) Regulations, 2016
(F)Appointment of Govt. Observer : The BOPEE shall write to Govt. for appointment of its observers in advance to oversee the conduct of the Entrance Test for admission to MD/MS/PG Diploma/MDS and CET who shall ordinarily be not below the rank of Additional Secretary who will be paid honorarium by the Board and conveyance, wherever required, by the Board.
