Section 21(1) in The Punjab School Education Board Financial Regulations, 1979
(1)The Deputy Secretary (Finance and Accounts) of the Board shall be responsible for keeping proper account of (1) the General Account Fund, (2) Provident Fund, (3) Gratuity Fund, (4) Special Endowment Fund, (5) Teacher's Welfare Fund, (6) such other Accounts/Fund as may be approved by the Board from time to time.
