Section 16 in Rajasthan Para-medical Council Act, 2008
16. Orders for maintenance of registers.
(1)The Council shall, as soon as conveniently may be, agter the commencement of this Act and from time to time as occasion may require, make orders for regulating the maintenance of a register of Para-medical professionals arranged in several parts in which the persons to be registered shall be classified in accordance with their qualifications.(2)The registers shall be kept in the form prescribed by the Council.
