Section 1 in The North Cachar Hills Autonomous Districts (Administration of Justice) Rules, 1955

(1)These Rules may be called the North Chachar Hills Autonomous District (Administration of Justice) Rules, 1955.(2)These Rules shall apply to the whole of the North Cachar Hills Autonomous District.(3)They shall come into force at once but the Courts constituted under these rules shall commence functioning on such date as the Executive Committee may, by notification in the Gazette, appoint in this behalf, hereinafter referred to as "the appointed day".
