Section 9(ii) in Rajasthan Forest Produce (Establishment & Regulation of Saw Mills) Rules, 1983
(ii)If, on verification or otherwise of the certificate, declaration of ownership mentioned in clause (IV) or Rule 3, is found to false, the person concerned shall be liable for punishment.
