Section 9 in Rajasthan Forest Produce (Establishment & Regulation of Saw Mills) Rules, 1983
9. Restrictions on the Customers.
- (i) The customers getting their timber sawn at the saw mill shall be bound to furnish to the saw mill owner a certificate mentioned in clause (iv) of rule 3 (regarding rightful ownership of the timber brought for sawing.(ii)If, on verification or otherwise of the certificate, declaration of ownership mentioned in clause (IV) or Rule 3, is found to false, the person concerned shall be liable for punishment.
