Section 166(1) in The M.P. Municipal Accounts Rules, 1971
(1)For expenditure stores such as disinfectants, oils, chimneys, stationery forms, etc., shall be kept by the officials in charge of the section in Form No. 100, in which a separate page or pages according to requirements shall be allotted to each kind of stores or form.
