Cr.MP No.3877 of 2023 By way of instant application, the applicant/petitioner has prayed for suspension of sentence.
Heard. The substantive sentence imposed by learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Una, District Una, H.P. vide judgment of conviction dated 03.09.2022 and order of sentence dated 06.09.2022 in Criminal Case No. 217/2 of 2019, titled Smt. Seema Sharma vs. Ramesh Kumar and further affirmed by learned Additional Sessions Judge-1, Una, District Una, H.P. vide judgment dated 31.08.2023 in Criminal Appeal No.103 of 2022, titled Ramesh Kumar vs. Seema Sharma, shall remain suspended, subject to the applicant's depositing 30% of compensation amount within a period of six weeks and furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with one ::: Downloaded on - 12/10/2023 20:41:07 :::CIS .
surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court within the same period with condition that the applicant shall appear in Court, as and when directed and shall of surrender to serve out the sentence imposed, in case the revision is ultimately dismissed.
