Section 5(3) in Indian Broadcasting (Programme) Service Rules, 1990
(3)A person appointed under clause (b) of sub-rule (I) shall be a member of the Service in the appropriate grade applicable to him in Schedule I or Schedule II, as the case may be, from the date of such appointment.
