Section 3(a) in Jaunsar-Bawar Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms (Chapter III) Rules, 1961
(a)The Collector, an officer appointed by him in this behalf shall not ordinarily enter into any building for the purpose of seizing and taking possession of books, accounts and other documents referred to in Section 17, before sun-rise and after sun-set.
