Section 13(1) in Jammu and Kashmir Forest (Protection) Force Rules, 2012
(1)Responsibilities of the Director connected with protection and security of forest property.The Director shall(i)be responsible for the protection and security to forest property generally;(ii)advise the State Government and the Zonal FPF administration on all matters connected with protection and security of the forest property and deal with all references received from State Governments or other sister organisations associated with forestry and environment;(iii)compile a monthly review on the performance of the Force in regard to its statutory duties and functions; and(iv)take all such measures as may be necessary or incidental to the discharge of his duties under the Act and the rules.
