Section 27 in Madhya Pradesh Farmers' Organisation Election Rules, 1999
27. Form of ballot paper. - (1) Every ballot paper shall have a counterfoil attached and the said ballot paper and the counterfoil shall be in such form as the Divisional Election Authority may, by order, direct.
(2)Every ballot paper shall, before issued to an elector, be,-(a)Stamped or shall be written on its back such of the details as may be specified by the Divisional Election Authority,Name and number of the polling station,Name of the Water Users' Association,Name of the Revenue Circle.(b)Signed in full on its back by the Presiding Officer.
