(3)Fees for identity cards and other documents supplied by the Government and for replacement thereof-
  Rs.
(i) Household Identity card ...0.50
(ii) Establishment Supply card ...2.00
(iii) Duplicate in place of lost, stolen or defaced householdsupply card ...0.50
(iv) Duplicate in place of lost, stolen or defaced supply card ...2.00
(v) Authorisation for Retail Distributor ...5.00
(vi) Renewal of authorisation for Retail Distributor ...2.00
(vii) Duplicate renewed authorisation for Retail Distributor ...5.00
Every authorisation for Retail Distributor shall be for a period of one year ending on 31st December of the year in which it is issued. It may be renewed every year after depositing renewal fee.
